- Is
ADT available in my area?
- This Promotion offers
home security systems in all areas that the ADT Authorized Dealer
Program has dealers in the
continental USA. There are a few sparsely areas, such as
Montana, that we are unable to offer service.
- What is included in the free
system?
- The Essential Package includes
3 exterior door/window sensors, keypad, motion
detector, siren, 1 yard sign and 3 window decals. Some homes
require a wireless system which has an upgrade cost. Customers that have pets should have a pet motion detector
installed at an upgraded cost.
- How do I find the cost of
additional or special equipment?
- The installer will contact the
customer to discuss such items. Dealer's cost can vary across
the country.
- What qualifications need to be met
to be approved?
- Customers must
meet a Beacon Score of 575, the monthly service must be on
automatic bank draft or credit card, the customer must own
their own home, and they must sign a 3 year monitoring
contract. (Beacon score is an Equifax credit rating score.)
- What happens if
I currently have equipment?
- The installer will discuss the
customer’s needs with them, which may include removal of the
current equipment and installation of new equipment. The
essential package would be included at no additional charge.
- What happens if
I move during the three year contract?
- You must
take the service at your new location and enter into a new
3 year agreement.

- Such inquires should be
directed to the local ADT dealer.
